Shipping Policy

At Trish’s Lab, we aim to ship orders quickly, securely, and with care. Please review the following information regarding our order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery policies.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been prepared and handed to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery destination
• Package weight and size
• Selected shipping method

The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping
Orders placed before 9:00 AM (Eastern Time) on a business day are typically shipped the same day.
Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery occurs on business days (Monday–Friday). Weekend delivery is not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout, including:

• Street number and name
• Apartment or suite number (if applicable)
• City and postal/ZIP code

Trish’s Lab is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check around your delivery location.

  2. Ask neighbors, building staff, or concierge.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

If the shipment still cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

P.O. Box Deliveries

We can ship to P.O. Boxes using standard shipping methods only.

Expedited or signature-required deliveries must be sent to a residential or commercial street address.

International Shipping

Trish’s Lab may offer international shipping to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Local fees imposed by the destination country

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Trish’s Lab.

Shipping Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

• Weather
• Carrier disruptions
• Customs processing
• High shipping volumes

Trish’s Lab is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
