Returns & Refund Policy

At Trish’s Lab, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Any protective seals must remain intact
• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
• Replacement of the item
• Store credit
• Refund to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned.
These include:
• Opened or used skincare, cosmetic, or personal care products
• Perishable goods (such as food items, flowers, or plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the return process.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Items must still meet the following conditions:
• Unused and unopened
• In original condition and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
• Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
Store Credit or Reshipment
In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit or a replacement shipment instead of a refund. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
